COME-In is a community of leaders in the mathematical sciences working together to facilitate success and build a robust mathematical profession.
Leaders engage in a a deep-dive strategic planning process leading to transformative change in support of all members of a department, program, or other mathematical community, based on a foundational understanding of the local context.
The foundations of COME-In include a cyclic process of collecting data, strategic planning and implementation, and assessing progress, in community with other mathematical leaders with similar goals.
