The resources on this website are freely available to anyone who finds them useful in leading transformational change in the mathematical sciences.
Our community goes beyond these resources to provide professional development, consulting support, and an active group of leaders in mathematics working together to share ideas, challenge and support one another, and collectively work for change.
We invite applications for people to join our community, either as the leader of a departmental change team or as an external consultant to a department team. Department leads are paired with a trained external consultant as their transformation partner. Both Department Leads and Consultants:
attend a 2-day training workshop in May,
meet virtually at least bi-weekly throughout the year,
meet in-person during a consultant visit to the host department,
support from project leadership and other experts, and
participate in regularly scheduled community meetings and professional development events
