Leaders representing departments or other programs in the mathematical and statistical sciences join the COME-In community based on their demonstrated commitment to transformational change.
COME-In provides a community in which participants from different institutions celebrate each other's successes, help each other stay accountable and on-track, and brainstorm solutions to challenges. We provide a variety of resources to support these transformational journeys.

Transformational change doesn't have to fix everything all at once. Some small changes can make a big difference and can build momentum toward further change. COME-In helps leaders identify those initial changes that are attainable and consequential and that set the stage for a path for broader transformation.
Effective transformation begins with an assessment of local conditions as part of a cycle of evidence-based strategic planning and change.
A COME-In Department Lead forms a team of local stakeholders to support their transformation project. Each Department Lead is paired with a trained external Transformation Partner as a consultant throughout the transformation project.
Teams develop actionable short, medium, and long-term SMART Goals based on data, implement strategic projects, , and assess their progress.
This webinar provided an overview of the COME-In process and tools, as well as information on how to become part of the COME-In community.
